Join Dr. Amber Lowe for a fun 30 minute run followed by the top 5 tips and tricks to prevent hip pain. Athletes can experience hip pain due to weakness and/or flexibility deficits and this workshop will go over the top 5 exercises to keep in your box of tools to keep your hips happy and healthy. 

Dr. Amber Lowe is DPT, a run coach and certified running gait analyst who loves running and is currently training for the Chevron Marathon. 

The location for the event is at Hutto Fitness Center: 3750 Limmer Loop, Hutto, TX 78634. There will be an optional 30 minute run at 7:30am prior to the start of the presentation at ~8:00am. Please note that some of the run will be along Limmer Loop for a short portion, so please bring lights and be aware of cars.
