**Update 3/31/25**
PARKING
See 2025 updated site map in attachments at bottom of the page!
We have updated our parking plan and will have multiple areas inside the park for parking on race day. This will also allow for teams/ groups to have better access to our race area should they want to "set up camp" for the duration of the race day. Please note that parking area 2 (near the start line) is only accessible until 7:30a on race day. This is for volunteers, handicap parking, and teams. All other parking within the park is easily accessible to the start line.
ROUTES
There will be ample signage and arrows on both routes.
Cycle
The 30 and 60 mile cycle routes run throughout picturesque Medina County on low traffic roads connecting Castroville to neighboring LaCoste and in western Bexar County. The route is similar to previous years and the 60 mile route is the 30 mile loop done twice. The start of the loop is at the intersection of County Road 4711 and County Road 4713. You do not need to come all the way back to the park to start the second loop. See below in attachments for a picture of where the second loop starts.

The Tour de Castroville Walk/ Run/ Ride is a family event held annually at the Castroville Regional Park located fifteen miles west of San Antonio. Known as "The Little Alsace of Texas", Castroville has maintained its Alsatian heritage while assimilating the flair of the American rural west.
The 5K and 10K Walk and Run routes take participants through historical Castroville, founded by Henri Castro in 1844. The 30 and 60 mile bicycle routes run throughout picturesque Medina County on low traffic roads connecting Castroville to neighboring LaCoste and in western Bexar County. The 60 mile route is the 30 mile loop done twice. This is the most safe way to have a 60 mile cycle route in the area.
Registration proceeds benefit Parks and Recreation and the beatification of Castroville.
MUST BE REGISTERED BY FEBRUARY 28th to be guaranteed a t-shirt
