Programs: Basic & Advanced.
Basic: For beginner/intermediate runners with a goal to improve speed and running form.
Advanced: For experienced runners with a goal of increasing speed & running their fastest race. The advanced schedule typically includes more mileage/speed work.
Kickoff: Lady Bird Johnson Park (pavilion near the Trailhead), 10700 Nacogdoches Rd, San Antonio, TX 78217
Training schedules written by experienced RRCA Certified Coaches.
Weekly Group Runs Sat AM & Tue PM.
Goal race: Freedom Day 4-Miler
Training is for SARR Members; join SARR during signup if not a member.
