Popsicle Run 4 miler/3K/1K

What:
Three distances to choose from – walk, jog, or run – WITH COLOR! The course will split at each color station for those who wish to avoid color. 4 miler, 3K Course, 1K Course
When:
Early Packet Pickup and walk up registration available at Plum Creek Community Center (450 Haupt), July 3, 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Race Day is July 4, 2016.
Race Day Packet Pick up and walk up registration begins at 6:00 a.m.
4 miler starts at 7:00 a.m. and the 3K/1K start about 8:30 a.m.
Where:
Negley Elementary School at 5940 McNaughton, Kyle Tx. Plan to park in the lot next to the school, at the Rocking Horse day care next door, along Sampson at the back side of the school, or on side streets. Please be courteous to the residents of Plum Creek and do not block drive ways or mailboxes. Do not park on McNaughton as this is part of all four race courses.
How much:
4 miler is $20 for all participants. 3K is $15 for all participants; 1K is $10 for all participants
Why:
Enjoy a challenging course that covers much of Plum Creek! For added fun, this run will include some color stations, along the course. You can take a side path and avoid the color, or go right through the middle of it! Popsicles provided by Lone Star Delights will reward the participants at the finish line.
Extra Notes:
All three races start and finish at Negley Elementary.
We are Rain or Shine, Hot or Cold.
4 miler and 3K are chip timed.
4 miler and 3K awards, 10 and under, 11-19, then 10 year age brackets to 60 and above, male/female, 3 deep
All participants 10 and under receive a finisher token.
Online registration closes 7/1/2016 at 5:00 p.m.
Must register by 2 weeks before race date to guarantee your shirt!
