RACE SETUP PROCESS
As race day approaches, there’s a lot to prepare—but we’ve got it covered. Depending on the service package you select, Athlete Guild will either manage or guide you through each step necessary for a seamless race-day experience.
BIB DISTRIBUTION
Athlete Guild’s advanced registration system ensures that bib and packet distribution runs smoothly. We’ll work closely with you to streamline the packet pickup process. Recommended packet contents include:
- Numbered bib for easy participant identification
- Race giveaways (e.g., t-shirts, promotional items)
- Course map with distance markers, aid stations, and restroom locations
- Start and finish line details
- Check-in procedures
- Health, course, and safety information
- Instructions for accessing post-race results
- Any additional important event information
RACE-DAY SETUP
On race day, Athlete Guild provides key setup services to ensure a well-organized event. Depending on your selected package, our services may include:
- Course measurement and marking (including mile markers and directional signage)
- Start and finish line setup
- Placement of water stations and portable restrooms
- Security coordination and crowd management
- On-site packet distribution assistance
CHOOSING YOUR PACKAGE

- Standard Timing Package (Package A): Essential timing services, finish line setup, race clock, and chip timing.
- Enhanced Race Support (Package B): Everything in Package A, plus course marking, aid station placement, and volunteer coordination.
- Premium Race Management (Package C): Includes all services from Packages A & B, along with a larger finish line setup, barricades, and support with permits and traffic control.
