Customizable Event Management Packages
No single event management package is a perfect fit for every race. That’s why Athlete Guild offers customizable packages tailored to the size and scope of your event. Our base packages provide a quality solution for smaller events on a budget, including professional timing with our standard finish tower and banner, dynamic data management tools, and basic marketing support. When additional functionality is needed, our services can be expanded to accommodate events of any scale—from 25 participants to thousands.
Athlete Guild offers three base packages, all of which can be customized with add-ons. While we strive to fulfill all requests, availability of certain items may vary and will be discussed with the race director.
PACKAGE A – Standard Timing Package
Ideal for smaller events or those looking for a cost-effective solution, this package delivers reliable timing backed by our outstanding customer service and decades of experience.
Included services:
- Accurate event timing
- Finish line tower and banner
- Race clock
- Advanced chip timing technology
- Inclusion in our ongoing marketing campaigns (AthleteGuild.com, newsletter, social media)
- Easy-to-use data management tools for project management, teams, and participant management
Customization: Additional services and upgrades are available upon request based on availability.
PACKAGE B – Enhanced Race Support
This package builds upon the Standard Timing Package by adding key services to streamline event preparation and race-day execution. Let us handle the logistics while you focus on a great race experience.
Includes everything in Package A, plus:
- Course marking, including mile markers and directional signs
- Placement of up to two aid stations with tables and coolers
- Assistance in coordinating course marshals and volunteers
Additional support:
- Course design assistance is available for a nominal fee to help create the safest and most efficient course.
Customization: Further enhancements can be added based on availability.
PACKAGE C – Premium Race Management
Our most comprehensive package includes everything from Packages A and B, plus expanded finish line management and logistical support.
Includes everything in Package B, plus:
- Larger finish line with accommodations for custom banners
- Barricades around the finish area for better participant flow
- Assistance with permits, traffic control, and insurance coordination
Customization: Add-ons can be incorporated to meet your event’s unique needs based on availability.
Customization & Additional Services
All packages can be customized to include additional event elements. As experienced race producers, we understand the details that make an event successful. While we make every effort to fulfill requests, all items are subject to availability and will be coordinated with the race director.
